Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags are intact, and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
